Karine Dagneault recently joined the Ottawa Network for Education (ONFE) as Chief Programs Officer. The ONFE is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing equal opportunities for children in local schools. Through various programs (Volunteers in Education, OttawaReads, School Breakfast Program, etc.), the organization partners with four school boards and works side-by-side with teachers to meet the complex needs of children and youth in both English and French.

Karine is a current participant in the McGill-HEC Montreal Executive MBA program which she joined in September 2022. During her career, she has held diverse roles in change management, human resources and leadership within the Canadian Armed Forces, the Federal Government, and different organizations.

“I’d like to share that none of this would have been possible without the outstanding professors and individuals in the EMBA program. They have not only equipped me with the necessary skills for this kind of role but also helped me understand my purpose and leadership potential as my authentic self. This program is definitely life-changing!

I recall watching videos of candidates in 2021 expressing their newfound confidence as leaders upon completing the program. Today, I am immensely proud to say that I have experienced that transformation and I now fully understand the confidence they spoke of. I am prepared and eager to embark on this meaningful journey to make a real difference!”
