Ian Picard, a graduate of the EMBA McGill-HEC Montreal program, has recently been appointed as General Manager of RBA Financial Group, a non-profit organization of First Nations which, through its entities, provides competitive social benefits tailored to the evolving needs of First Nations. This appointment also highlights Ian’s commitment to the financial autonomy and well-being of Indigenous Peoples.

Ian Picard successfully completed the McGill-HEC Montreal Executive MBA program in 2021, distinguishing himself as a recipient of an EMBA scholarship for Indigenous managers.
